Over the past several years, the Foundation has worked with donors to accomplish many important initiatives, including: the renovation and redecoration of the Radiation Oncology Department; the expansion of the Emergency Department; The Tranquility Garden; creating private maternity suites and a new parent education room; a cafeteria renovation; and the Room of Healing, a place where cancer patients and their families can find respite during hospitalization. Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. The Foundation is committed to helping donors fulfill their personal charitable and financial planning goals while providing needed support to the Medical Center.
