Special Events are hosted by the Foundation to provide opportunities to support Clara Maass Medical Center through participation and sponsorships. Events offer community members the chance to get to know Clara Maass and lend support at the same time.

The Foundation's newest event is LIFELINE CHALLENGE TO HEALTHY LIVING. The family friendly festivities take place in Branch Brook Park, "the jewel in the crown" of Essex County's Park System.

The Foundation’s signature Fall event, A Tasteful Experience, an evening of sensational food and wine to benefit Clara Maass Medical Center, is scheduled for November 8, 2010.

The Foundation’s signature Spring event, an annual Golf Invitational was held on May 10, 2010. Over 200 golfers and guests enjoyed a wonderful day at the prestigious Montclair Golf Club followed by a cocktail hour, dinner and awards ceremony, silent auction and raffle.  

The Foundation also presents complimentary social and educational programs of interest throughout the year to the community.
Friends of Clara Maass Medical Center may also hold fundraising events to benefit the hospital, and are invited to contact the Foundation.
